Trial Registration Fees

Any fees paid for trial registration are non-refundable once the trial date has been confirmed. If 90 Minutes FC cancels or reschedules a trial session, registered participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to the next available trial.

Program Enrollment Fees

Upon enrolling in any of our programs — Youth Football, Elite Development, or Grassroots Training — the following refund terms apply:

• Within 7 days of enrollment: Full refund, less any administrative charges
• 8–14 days of enrollment: 50% refund of the total program fee
• After 14 days or program commencement: No refund will be issued

Medical Withdrawals

In the event of a medically documented injury or illness that prevents a player from participating, 90 Minutes FC will review refund or credit requests on a case-by-case basis. A valid medical certificate from a registered practitioner is required.

Program Cancellation by 90 Minutes FC

In the unlikely event that 90 Minutes FC cancels a program entirely, all enrolled participants will receive a full refund of fees paid for that program within 14 working days.

How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp. Please include your full name, enrollment details, and the reason for your request. Refund requests will be reviewed and responded to within 5 working days.

By registering for trials, enrolling in any program, or using the 90 Minutes Football Club website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Eligibility

Participation in 90 Minutes FC programs is open to individuals aged 8 to 22, subject to the requirements of each specific program. Players below 18 years of age must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian prior to enrollment.

Code of Conduct

All players, parents, and associated individuals are expected to conduct themselves with respect, integrity, and professionalism at all times. 90 Minutes FC reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any individual who:

• Engages in disrespectful, abusive, or discriminatory behaviour
• Damages academy property or training equipment
• Violates the disciplinary standards set by academy coaching staff
• Brings the reputation of 90 Minutes FC into disrepute

Training & Attendance

Regular attendance is expected of all enrolled players. Consistent absence without valid reason may result in removal from the program without refund. Players are required to arrive punctually and in appropriate training attire.

Health & Medical Fitness

Players must be medically fit to participate in physical training. 90 Minutes FC is not responsible for pre-existing medical conditions. Players are encouraged to disclose any relevant health information to the coaching staff. In the event of injury during training or matches, basic first aid will be provided, but medical costs remain the responsibility of the player or guardian.

Liability

90 Minutes FC takes every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety of all participants. However, the academy cannot be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in training sessions, trials, or matches beyond what is covered under standard duty of care.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 90 Minutes FC website — including images, text, logos, and design — is the exclusive property of 90 Minutes FC. Reproduction or use of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Amendments

90 Minutes FC reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via the academy website and, where necessary, directly to enrolled participants.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your participation in 90 Minutes FC programs will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
